wedding: sal & sako

It was so close to raining on Sal and Sako's wedding day, but as luck would have it, the rain stayed away! Even though rain is considered good luck for a wedding, it sure makes shooting photos a lot harder. The two had a beautiful ceremony at Our Lady of Grace church in Encino, followed by a rousing reception at the Calamigos Equestrian Center in Burbank.

wedding: heather & joe

Heather and Joe had a beautiful wedding at the Castaway Luau Gardens in Burbank, California. Castaway is nostalgic for us because Marni's parents got married there 31 years ago. This is a beautiful location, and we especially love the photos of Heather and Joe with Burbank/Los Angeles in the background. We provided photography services, including their engagement shoot back in November at Disneyland and Disney's California Adventure. Marni also designed their save-the-date postcard as well as their wedding invitations.

First kiss!

wedding: samantha & diego

Samantha and Diego were married on August 2, 2014 at St. Benedict's Church in Montebello. We stopped at Hollenbeck Park in Los Angeles for photo time, and the reception was held at The Castaway Restaurant in Burbank. These two love all things Disney and sports-related (we shot their engagement photos at Angels Stadium and Disneyland). They incorporated so many fun details, including an Angels baseball ring holder, Dallas Cowboys wedding colors, and Disney-themed props for the photo booth. They also had custom tequila made for the wedding, which all the guests loved, of course.

From the bride: "Michael and his team are fun and fantastic to work with. They truly go above and beyond their job descriptions. They saw my vision for my wedding and helped execute my ideas perfectly, as well as lending their own. Super creative. Great customer service and always available for any questions I had."
