Julia and Marco are getting married in May and planning a vintage, traveling circus theme for the big day. How cool does that sound?! So to complement the theme, we went to Griffith Park for their engagement photos. We started off among the old trains at Travel Town. Then we tried to go to the Merry-Go-Round in the park, but it was closed, so we played around in the surrounding grass. Finally, we ended at the old, abandoned zoo posing inside the cages and enclosures. Julia was a roller derby girl when she and Marco met, so they wanted to bring some of that into the shoot. Such fun!

engagement: tyler & emma
Emma and Tyler love Los Angeles, so we shot their engagement photos all around town. We started at the 4th Street bridge downtown, playing with some jumbo balloons in the street (warning: do not try this at home). Then we went over to Griffith Park for some fun among the trains at Travel Town and lawn near the Merry-Go-Round.

engagement: hillary & evie
Hilliary and Evie's engagement photos took place at the beautiful San Juan Capistrano Mission. The Mission has a strict permit policy, so we got our money's worth by shooting in every possible location inside of the Mission. After that, we ventured over to an empty field behind Los Rios Street, and set up a picnic vignette with our new vintage gramophone. It was the perfect time of day with beautiful lighting and sun flares.
